We had a unit at the 2nd street location. We visited it on 3/28 and everything was fine. When we visited our unit again on the 31st it had been broken into - the sliding hasp had been pried open making the locking mechanism useless. We called the number multiple times to get someone to come down on the Saturday and work with us - no answer, left multiple messages which were never returned.

15 years as a loyal customer and my property was stolen twice and they don't care, so if you don't want anything stolen, I highly recommend not to rent from any of there facilities especially this one, they're very good at playing stupid and calling everyone liars
During the winter if you can't get into your storage unit because of the ice and snow, if you call them for help they'll tell you that you're on your own to figure that out. If I can't even get in my storage unit why am I paying you? 🤷 …

Stored here for 11 years. Very impressed with never having critters, experienced only one reasonable price increase during the entirety of my renting, very helpful and friendly when I've reached out during business hours and got back to me quickly during non-business hours. I like that these units required pin access to gain entry for extra security and locks not being exposed to the public.

I appreciated how simple the process was to call and reserve a storage. It was just as easy to move out of the unit when I was done. I had a couple of different storages here (at both locations) over the last few years and have never had an issue. They are outdoor units and the owners take good care of the grounds as far as I was aware. Gated units with key code access and was priced fairly. Probably one of the cheaper ones in town.
Fantastic all around! They helped me adjust my needs when I needed a bigger unit and were very accommodating and helped me find cheaper solutions to my storage needs. If something wasn't working, like the gate, I would call and by the end …
Fast and immediate service. Easy to rent right away, when you need it. Affordable and clean!! Helpful employees:)
