Hands down the worst experience I've had with any business. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely disrespectful - and that was before I noticed they had badly damaged two pieces of new furniture.

I was shopping at youngs market and the IRC truck were sitting outside of the store and the IRC employees were playing on their phones. The owner was asking them to move their truck because it was blocking the entrance and they responded to her using profanity and continued sitting there after being asked twice to move. I would never use this company the workers are inconsiderate of other businesses property, rude, and careless.
Please don't leave reviews unless you have used our company. We are a great company that works hard to keep a good reputation.
I'm still waiting to hear back after move in Jan 8th on damaged table and items that were left here that don't belong to me. It may pay to go with someone else. I was told my items would be shrunk wrap and blanketed, let's just say that didn't happen as I watched.

Cooper Brandon and Brian did a very nice job loading. There was damage to items and the home we moved into. Management was completely unresponsive. Paid for repairs and replacements myself.
You are charged the time it takes them to leave their headquarters to reach your location which will add 30 minutes to the initial start time. You will also be charged for smoke breaks. …
L. Geoff you were told about travel time on the phone when you booked your move with us. We got your job done in record time and still refunded you for any time you thought you were overcharged for. Please adjust your review accordingly. Thank you
Ruined my bed and couch. Would definitely not recommend..1000 dollars plus a 200 tip and Im going to spend more in new furniture.

Hiring IRC Movers was an amazing experience from start to finish! After doing my research, I booked my parents’ move about a month in advance. As the moving day got closer, I called to confirm everything and spoke with Kevin, who was friendly and made sure everything was set. On moving day, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They were fast, efficient, professional, and worked incredibly hard despite the extreme heat.
IRC movers were amazing! Ben and Tyler showed up on time, were extremely personable, and made our move so much easier. Kevin was easy to talk to and schedule with, and was upfront with pricing and availability. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for movers!
Need to move ASAP? IRC Movers are PDQ - and they just earned an MVP. We just relocated my in-laws from Fort Pierce to The Brennity in Vero Beach, and IRC absolutely nailed it. On the day of our move, IRC’s team was on time and extremely pleasant to work with. They helped us carefully plan and execute in a matter of hours, applying real care to transporting our valuables. Anything delicate was packed securely, and nothing was broken in transit. They exceeded our expectations and really earned our trust.
Ben, Tylor and William did great a great job moving us into our apartment. They arrived at our house and were quick to figure out how to handle our move efficiently. They were all super polite, and rolled with the punches to distribute our household goods to their proper locations. We will recommend them to anyone looking to move.
