Unfortunately, I must revise my five star review of White Glove Moving and Storage. White Glove packed up my house back in June of 2023 and moved my things into storage while my new house was being built. Upon completion of the house, White Glove transported through Bekins my belongings to my new home. Upon receipt of my things, to my surprise I experienced significant damage to a number of items. To make matters worse, my tool chest is completely missing.

White Glove Moving....there is nothing "white glove" about them, dont let them fool you. THEY DONT EVEN WEAR WHITE GLOVES. My experience with this company was highly disappointing! Sales guy came out to sell the job and gave a great presentation, but thats about all i have good to say. While I thought when being sold the job prices were a little on the high side i decided to give them a chance. Once I had signed the paper the damage was done, the rest was a nightmare.

Find another company. During our recent move, multiple pieces of furniture had both major and minor damage. One mover dropped a piece of furniture on it side and broke it. Damage was also done to doorways in our new home. We filed a claim for repairs, and the minor repairs were repaired promptly. And then crickets. We have exhaustively called and emailed the director of operations for over one month now. This person replied once stating that they were really busy.

Apparently the people who have given this company a good review have only moved down the street. I hired them to move me to Alaska. This company is not qualified to move around the corner. I have done this move several times. It should only take a mover to move to Alaska 2 weeks. It took White Glove over a month ! Funny, I was not given this information when I contracted with them. It took them almost a week to get my belongings out of Florida. I was missing a table and I have not heard back from them.

We paid over $10K for 1 small truck move. They told us we do not need insurance because we are paying a premium price for a premium service. 9K leather couch was not set up properly, no longer reclines. Metal Pantry shelving was all bent, not useable anymore. They did not set up the glass dining table Correctly either. One part of it is also not usable. They pretty much told us it is what it is. Paid almost another $1K in tips for their workers and this is the service we received. Would not use again.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM! I used White Glove Movers for my move in West Palm Beach on 11/23/16. As it turned out, after finally unpacking everything several boxes carrying precious items, crystal and china keepsakes were never taken off the truck. In any event they never were delivered with the rest of the items loaded. I filed a police report. I chose White Glove Movers over all the others who charged less due to the reputation they have and recommendation that I got from my realtor. That is now damaged.

If you plan to have White Glove do your moving, take the maximum insurance coverage available. Or choose a different mover. We have moved 5 times in the past 20 years and never experienced the damage to furniture we did with White Glove. …
This is completely unlike our team to not take every precaution possible when performing a local or long distance move. We see we left two messages after the move and didn't get a response. If given the chance to make things right we will gladly try.

It started with Keith and the quote process. We felt the quote was fair and reasonable (packing and cross town move). He was kind, thoughtful, and solution oriented (we had a two part move). Move day: Dave and his crew Derek, Jameer, Jesse, and Ernest were also great to work with. They were on time both days, pleasant, respectful and efficient. They packed my parents mementos and valuables with care.

White Glove Moving & Storage is a 5 star company with quality & ethical employees! Joseph, Lamont, Brian and Mike B were truly exceptional! Their office staff was top notch from scheduling (big shout to Willie Davis for helping us out and making things happen for us on a short notice!) to the actual move. Their movers were exceptionally careful with our furniture and were very nice and professional! No overcharging, no broken stuff and no delays. I am a forever customer!
