Door to unit hallway broken, no idea when it will be fixed. Management rented unit knowing about door issue, says it was being fixed the day I rented. Still not fixed, I have to go to next door 50 yards away
Facility is well lit and cooled. However, I received a letter today stating that I don't have proof of insurance on file so they will begin charging me $12 per month for insurance. I provided that information to their satisfaction when I rented this in person. If they really wanted resolve this issue fairly, they could have called me rather than try to sneak a $12 charge on my bill.
BEWARE. Supply and demand. I needed to relocate to VB to aid a parent battling Cancer, VBSS was the only unit available, immediately. I paid $617.00 month for a 10x12 unit. Found out 1 yr later, via a FB post, someone had a unit 2 bays down for only $170.00/ month. Randy took advantage! I am an idiot for paying it. RENTER BEWARE!

Absolutely fantastic facility! I have rented a storage unit here since 2018 and have absolutely zero complaints. Managers Randy and Barbara are fantastic professional Managers and are very helpful and friendly. I would not even consider utilizing a different storage facility. Thanks Randy and Barbara!

Wonderful management, very clean. Years ago I was in a facility that smelled like insecticide and was not nearly as clean. Even though the management was good, it was not a good experience. So moving to this facility was just a breath of fresh air and I always felt safe there. I highly recommend.
