The owner lied about the cost of my move to the Dallas area. The cost was 10% higher than quoted. His movers arrived at my house in Leander at 9:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM which meant that I had to wait for the movers to finish after midnight. They scratched the wood floor by dragging the two sofas instead of carrying them in the house. They damaged both sofas and stained them. Don't use this company.

The moving experience with Iron Grip was the best I've ever experienced....and I've used movers for moves across state and multiple inner city moves. They were on time,very friendly, wrapped the furniture very well, moving quickly and carefully. I highly recommend them ..... I will use them for any moves for my family members.

These guys are awesome. They were on time and delivered exactly what they promised. There was great communication both before and day-of, and they went out of their way/above and beyond to make sure my moving experience was pleasant and benefitted me as the customer (even when they definitely didn’t *need* to!). No billing surprises either. I was really impressed at the professionalism this company showed throughout the entire process. Everyone involved was very respectful.
Tuesday 09June2026.... My friend canceled on me the last minute for my move (because he said he got sick but I think he threw his back out the day before moving all my boxes into storage), :0( but, IRON GRIP MOVERS got me booked that same day so I did not miss a beat! I did not think all my furniture was going to fit in my 10 x 15 storage unit, but Ken packed that unit to the ceiling and remembered to not put any boxes on my nice leather chair.

These guys were awesome! Super friendly, fast, and careful with all my stuff. They showed up on time and made my move way less stressful than I expected. Nothing was damaged and everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Definitely the best moving experience I’ve had in Austin!
