Moved from MA to PA used their moving services and storage facility as well. Office workers are not professional and don’t do what they say they are going to do. The MA movers were a ok, couldn’t speak English very well. Furniture was wrapped well. They were on the phones any chance they could. Storage was supposed to be stored in the PA warehouse but they changed their mind last minute and kept in MA.
BEWARE! I never leave reviews, but I had to for this company. This was by far the worst move we've ever had (and we’ve moved multiple times). We moved from Maryland to North Dakota. It was a military move so we did not have a choice of which company moved us and unfortunately we ended up with this one. All of our stuff was literally dumped into a box without any protection. Multiple things were broken and damaged along with a lot of our things going missing.
Thank you for your feedback. This move took place over 3 years ago, so I am confused by the timing of the google review however, I am very familiar with the move and the details surrounding it.
Actually the worst experience I have ever had with moving. I chose this company because of the reviews. I was extremely disappointed. Multiple broken things, multiple missing pieces of furniture, my TV was broken, they broke a bag of rice all over my brand new apartment’s floor and didn’t help clean it up…I have been trying to get in touch with Natasha with no response. I have called and emailed over 5x to discuss the process for claims.
I used this company to move at the end of November,2018. They broke 8 items including 4 irreplaceable art sculptures. One sculpture is worth over $6000. The requested an appraisal which we performed after they approved the appraiser. Now you have refused to pay me the appraised value. It has been over 5 months and each time I asked what was happening with our claim, I was told it was still being reviewed. I took out enough insurance to cover full replacement value of my items.
Absolutely the worst moving company in Philadelphia...l spoke with sale rep made arrangements for the move and on the day before the move they sent a rep at 3pm to see what was in the house to move. At 5pm l spoke on the phone to confirm and agree on the total price of the move which increased from 116 to 138 an hour....keep in mine it 5pm day before my move so l can't get anyone else now...so l agree and call then back with payment...no answer...6pm they call and say dispatch get you mover to someone else for…
The crew was careless in packing and lazy in delivery. They knew how to make it look good enough for me to sign the papers before they departed both at origin and destination, but a closer look at my things after they were delivered informed me that they lacked the integrity to do the job right. I should have seen the red flag when I caught the crew hiding their trash in the pick up location. I would NOT recommend this company, as you can't be sure what kind of crew you'll get.
Terrible moving Company, only 2 people spoke English, all instructions on what went to New apartment or storage was confused. Furniture was left at old residence and with new owners deadline I had to trash some nice pieces to ,You got junk in order to clean out at time,they unwrap your belongings on any flat surface until it's literally falling all over the floor.
Maria, We are sorry that you feel this way about our services. We tried our best with a very difficult and complex move. Our branch manager Matt tried calling you to try to resolve some issues, but you blocked his phone number.
Expensive and not straightforward in that you receive a bulk price and then get additional bills after that. My move (studio apartment worth of furniture + personal items) from NE U.S. to NE Poland cost in excess of $9000. Some damages due to packing with very sticky tape directly on furniture and other items. Company ignored my request for breakdown of costs, as well as complaint about avoidable wear/tear. Seek another company.

Overall good moving experience with Isaac’s Moving. The guys were efficient, polite and fast. They are professional, friendly and on time I would like to mention one extra quality of they being fast . I really loved their teamwork between the movers. They communicated very well and seemed supportive of each other.
I had a great experience with Isaac’s during my recent move. I was told they would arrive between 8-10am. The driver called to confirm arrival and then called me a few minutes later that there was an issue with the truck. They were able to get the crew a new truck within 30-40 minutes and still arrived within the window stated earlier. The crew was friendly, efficient, and careful with all belongings. I saw no noticeable nicks or damage to any of my belongings.

I’ve used Issac’s twice now for residential moves in and around the Philly area. Having dealt with many moving companies over the years I can easily say Issac’s is the best by far. Their intake process is really awesome. When you submit a quote request on their website someone contacts you very quickly to go over your needs, inventory, and a virtual tour of your stuff if needed. I worked with the same moving consultant both times (Sara) and found her to be excellent. The moves were smooth and professional.

The move from a suburban 4-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom centre city apartment went extremely well. The move came in UNDER the cost estimate. The movers worked incredibly hard and fast and were courteous and professional. This was a big, 3-day move, that they accomplishd in a little under 2.5 days. Of the 40% of the boxes we have unpacked, we have found no breakage. The movers packed much of our belongings, including delicate glasses and china.
