In their own words
Quick and professional! Thank you It's A Piano! for being so careful when relocating my upright piano. They were not only the best priced, but also so knowledgable. CJ helped me learn a ton of history about my instrument. Thanks again! I'd highly recommend IAP! to everyone.
I just wanted to leave this review because CJ takes a different approach with his business that most companies refuse to do. At the beginning of the call he taught me more about how I should go about finding the perfect piano and the small things to look out for that set me up for success for what I was taking on. He is truly an expert in his craft. Besides putting the extra work in up front he was on time with every thing from start to finish and the piano arrived nicer somehow than when I saw it last.
Great folks to work with! Very professional with their communication from start to finish. Could not ask for better people do business with and they even educated us on some details about our piano that we were unaware of. Thanks guys! If I ever need another piano moved, these are the folks I am calling.
CJ, along with his fellow worker, was an excellent piano mover., which I expected. What I was not aware of was his overall knowledge of pianos. He knew all about the pianos we had to move. CJ was efficient, on time and personable. They did an excellent job moving our pianos. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have a piano moved.
