In their own words
I had them move an upright piano and it was probably one of the easiest things I've ever had to set up. Made the appointment, kept me updated on their arrival, on time to the pick up spot, and quickly made it to me. A totally professional service that doesn't keep you waiting around all day is hard to come by these days and I appreciate it more than they probably know.
AI summed this up for me: Not only did JP Lawson provide outstanding service, but he also offered his expertise at an incredibly reasonable price. The quality of his piano tuning work far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable rate of $120. It's not often you come across such a skilled technician who delivers exceptional results without breaking the bank.
I hired Jason and his team to move a piano from a family friends house to my house, and tune it once settled in. The two gentlemen who moved it were fantastic. They were available next day, and were on time, careful and friendly. And when Jason came to tune it, he was so fun to talk to and so knowledgeable. I learned a lot from him that will help me with piano care and even future piano purchases should I upgrade one day. Can't thank this team enough!
J.P. Lawson is all you need for your piano. They do everything, and do it brilliantly. I am a pianist, performer, piano teacher with perfect pitch and hard to please. However the 2 piano movers gave the best customer service anyone could even dream of. Hands down James Ringstrom and Craig Roberts were the most careful piano movers I’ve ever seen. So pleasant it was a joy to have them in my home. I have now set up an appointment for a piano tuning and I actually broke a string on my Kawaii baby grand.
