The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Amy in the Fort Myers office answered all my calls and questions. She was professional and insightful. Their prices were fair and well worth it. Our delivery guys showed up on time and worked efficiently and promptly even though it was like 100 degrees outside. They kept in with communication on when our stuff would arrive. They said about a week and a half they got there in 3 days. They made what is usually a stressful matter into a easy going situation.....kudos to JW and their moving crew
From my first phone call, to the guys moving us in, everything was amazing! All communication with Kelly was timely and professional. She responded immediately to my questions. There were no hidden costs and the estimate that was given matched the final bill. As for the guys who packed the truck and then unpacked the truck and brought all the items in, they were friendly, courteous and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Cindy! We're so glad to hear you had such a positive experience with us. Your kind words and recommendation truly mean the world to our team.
JW Cole and Sons is a fantastic mover! We moved from Ft Myers to Minneola FL and had to put our furniture in storage for 2 months until our house was complete. They were able to store it in Air Conditioned storage and delivered it in great condition to us. Their moving team is very responsive and do a fantastic job from quoting the move to delivering and unpacking the furniture. There were no surprises and we are so happy we used them. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great mover!
JW Cole was the best!!! Fair price, packers were wonderful, and great delivery! People moving need to check insurance with movers. Most movers in Florida will lie and say they have the correct paperwork and can do interstate moving and they don’t. Mr Cole came himself and gave me an estimate, and paperwork to move he could do interstate. I would highly recommend the company. You will be sorry if you use anyone else.
