The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 11 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I am so happy for their service. In the beginning after got my phone call they went to my house take look the out side condition due to I told them the piano is setting on the 3rd floor and where has no elevator. At the moving day, 3 guys did great team work. They were so care for and professional, finally they successful moved my piano onto the ground. Moving it into the new place wasn't as hard as moved it down stairs. Unexpected was they put protect pads under support wheels.
Walter at Jackson Piano is an expert in his trade, and more than that, he is a joy to talk with! My son and I wanted to stick around and just hang out with him. 10/10!
