The manager is a liar! She will lie to you about anything just to get you in, once you need something, she is argumentative, mean and unprofessional! They don’t call you back if you leave a message, they don’t do nothing! Lie and deny is what they do! Terrible management! I do not recommend and taking my business elsewhere!

Do NOT trust Catherine! I made a reservation online then got a call from the devil herself (didn’t realize until much later) confirming details of reservation. I was to get a unit and use the company truck (free truck use w rental was the reason I chose this company vs others). We talked about pricing, insurance, promotions, etc. and I was told to come in later that day to sign paperwork in order to reserve truck (unit had to actually be “rented” prior to placing reservation).

When you try and pay over 3 times and they still charge and keep increasing late fees. The human will not take the payment online, says they can not verify if it is really me so please use the automated system which also can not verify it is me. Really, my payment will not go through and i have used this card over the last few days so it feels so unfair that the bank says there is nothing wrong with my card they have not declined the payment the issue is their end but I get the extra late fees. Is that fair?
They sold all of my family’s memory’s in photograph and videos, all because we were poor and couldn’t pay on time and now it’s all gone and thrown away!!! While I understand that the bill was late. I don’t understand why we couldn’t just take our family pictures and videos also our file cabinet with important papers!!!! This is how identity theft happens!

Bad Bad experience I did not use the garage and I came after 2 days can not give credit or a solution for a common client before I had rented with them but I do not do it again I will go to another place where I found that if they can help their clients for reasons

The woman running this place is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional to work with. Her attitude is absolutely awful and she hung the phone up on us.. We will be taking our things elsewhere. She needs to change her attitude towards paying customers.. Gross.
