Unit broken into after only 2 weeks there. It was an inside 10x10 unit near the rear of facility. There were 4 other units broken into as well. Doors to units are flimsy and regardless of locks on doors they can be pulled open with a little force. I actually took measures to reinforce door so remaining stuff that wasn't stolen was safe until I moved out.

Not much to say other then was there over a year price went up slowly,my unit was broken into and wasn't even offered of any surveillance when I saw cameras facing my unit

DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY AND NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS. The customer service here is awful. Life hit us, and we were a little behind (one month) on our unit. We stayed in communication with multiple members of the team for the payment, and when it came to pay it, they charged a bunch of fees. When I tried to explain things to Kevin Morales in the office, he kept cutting me off and would not let me speak even after I asked several times to stop cutting me off and talking over me.

I would not recommend this storage. First, I was told that I would have the 1st full month free or at a discount if I gave the lady a positive review on Facebook and then let her know so she could add the discount. Only getting a discount for a positive review isn't allowing me to write what I really want to. Next, in six months of renting at this facility, I have never once called and been able to speak to someone in the front office.
So I have been there for about 2 years now and decided to move because it feels like about every other month I am getting a notification that their prices are going up, to the point that they are WAY too expensive for that you are getting. …

Well I was a customer a couple years ago and let me tell you that the reviews are being left for a reason. Staxup is a dirty business. I would have been better off throwing my stuff away to avoid the grief caused by renting here.
Please note that they will not prorate you on a move out after the 10th of the month. We moved out on the 14th and they made us pay for the whole month. Not very fair.

Extremely easy to aquire the storage we needed. Actually was offered a better deal than I got on-line. Unit was clean and well lit. Accces thru one gate only with code and is monitored 24/7. Hours of access are convenient. (6am-10pm). You will need a commercial disk lock. They have them for sale if you don't. I highly recommend StaxUP for all your storage needs. Excellent customer service and clean facility and very competitive prices.
