Absolute horrible experience. I moved my business office supplies and brand new furniture into the unit.Just to have it, leak and debris and water damage all over.My furniture had approximately thirteen to fifteen thousand dollars worth of damage.Also had my homeowner's insurance policy on file.As well as insurance through the facility and they denied my coverage through the facility insurance.Be careful of the scam.

Save The Need Foundation wants to Express its disappointment in SilverHawk Self Storage. Our organization has done business with SilverHawk self storage for the last year where we kept all of our community donations and just recently we fell short on some local donors that played a contribution to us having our local community unit, so we fell behind on billing and had a plan to get it caught up.

I will start by saying that I have used Silverhawk Self Storage for a couple of years now. I love the facility and the people that work there. I have had nothing but good experiences there. I find it to really be a beautiful facility. My only issue I had was when I decided to cancel one of my units. I cancelled it completely on Sunday May 24th at around 12 PM. I was told it was cancelled and my autopay account was removed. Also that I would not be charged again.
Terrible customer service. Our storage lock became defective and the staff refused to break our lock during office hours! Staff refused to reimburse us for the cost of hiring a locksmith. Do not do business with this company! We pay an exorbitant amount of rent every month and the staff refused to help us in any way.
Highly disappointed with this storage place. I went on memorial day weekend to grab a couple items from my unit. There was no notice that the facility was going to be closed. Usually they leave notices a week or two before and unfortunately there was no notice.
We want to apologize if we did not display sufficient signage to notify our customers of the Memorial Day closure. While we at Silverhawk Self Storage do send email correspondence and post notices across the property 30-days prior regarding holiday closure, it sounds like we have an opportunity to…

Wondering why this company has an extraordinarily high reviews??..The 5 star reviews are dishonest; company makes you give them a 5 star review in exchange for "discount" when you sign up. Otherwise they charge double.

Silverhawk storage is a great facility. The representative in front Rebecca is great. She is friendly and gives you a tour on a golf cart to see the storage (nice she doesn’t make you walk) They have waters and snacks for the customers Storage is nice a clean Safety they have 24 person in house in case emergency which is great. Corey was instrumental in helping me get my lock cut off when I lost my key to the unit. He traveled back to his own store to get the tools to perform the lock cutting and came all the way back on the same day I needed it done. 10/10
