Something went seriously wrong with this place !!! $80.00 car storage is $120 for long term customers. Lynette was good and cared. Seems a new guy is in charge and an absolute jerk. They refused to give me my gate code so I could have my car taken out after 6 years of storage there. I was repeatedly refused to be given my access code because this jerk said he didn't want liability though they had no problem charging me $120 a month but I couldn't get my car out.

So glad to be out. From choosing a unit, to using the bathroom...just unpleasant. Do not sign agreement unless they show you your unit. I rented a 10x20 and got two 10x10's? they looked like 10x8...on a special I never got because I arrived with truck load and no one in office nor on site to help with issue. I took an open vacant unit on an emergency. then blamed me for their incompetence. Unfriendly, asking for key to bathroom was unpleasant, not to mention locked during and long after covid.

Do not rent a unit here. They have rats. I had an indoor storage unit and spent my entire Saturday moving everything out and wiping down all of my belongings because they were covered in rat feces. What makes this even worse is that no one notified me about the issue. I have children, and now I have to worry about possible health risks from exposure to rat droppings and viruses. Thankfully, the rats didn’t destroy my property since I don’t store food in the unit, but that does not make this situation acceptable.

Note - I did not rent a unit - I found the website to be confusing so I called to get more information, the person I spoke to have no customer service at all, we was rude and very unclear in how he was trying to explain their pricing. I was simply trying to find out the monthly price and expose any hidden fees (like mandatory insurance charges) and he seemed to not want to tell me he said the price was the price and when I asked if the 50% off for the first two months was off the started rate online ($103/month)…

be careful. the lady at the front desk is sketchy. I rarely use my debit card but had to do it in this case. The very next day the card info was stolen and used to buy sams club over $800 in two separate charges. I haven't used that card in 8 months and the first time using it was with this lady and the very next day the card info was frauded. THE FRONT LADY IS A CARD FRAUD THIEF.

Storage got broken into, no security cameras inside the units. No investigation was done, insurance provided did not cover anything. Disappointed was with the location for 3+ yrs until now. Immediately advised, made a police report and staff did not investigate "footage" to specify when the crime was committed .

Outdoor storage spaces were always neat, front office was helpful but you really have to read your contract. When closing my storage there were a bunch of spiders and would highly recommend covering anything you don’t want to be dusty. Other than that, good prices.
