Beware of this company and its deceitful business practices. Worst moving experience of my life. The company did not provide me with a written quote or invoice prior to the movers showing up at my house. They take a $250 deposit beforehand that you lose if you refuse the appointment, so once they present the paperwork that in no way represents your quote, you won’t turn them away because then you are out your deposit.

This has been a terrible experience from the start. After 3 months, Etech Hi, Inc.'s damages have still not been rectified and we’ve continuously had to follow up via Voicemail and Email for updates on what is going on, to no avail... this company does not care. The scoop: We had a company office move at the end of July 2022 across town. Appx 5 miles from our previous location. On moving day, our movers showed up (2 adult males and 1 individual who didn’t look a day over 16 years old).
This past June, I used the services of Murrieta Moving Inc to facilitate a move from the home that my significant other and I were renting in Murrieta, CA to the townhouse we are now renting in San Diego, CA. Upon completion of their services, we found damage to multiple furniture items. I have used other moving services before, and in those instances, the movers would wrap the larger furniture in plastic wrap and/or blankets.

Writing this review because 3 years ago today my family and I used this company to move from Murrieta to OC. These people not only destroyed 10’s of thousands of dollars in furniture and family heirlooms but also called us the day of the move and said the truck that we were supposed to get didn’t make it back in time! This Saturday I moved my mom into a new apartment. I was recommended Murrieta moving Inc. I called and got a quote and they quoted me $556. The movers took their time and made sure they were over the four hours to collect extra money. They …
To clarify, California law requires a minimum charge of 4 hours for full moving services (that's where your $556 came from) , which includes 30 minutes for travel time—even for on-site moves.

Debbie made our moving day so much easier. Her team was prompt, careful, and incredibly efficient. It’s clear why they come highly recommended by our neighbors who used them to move out of state —they really are the best in the business!

Had a super heavrr recliner couches upstairs in the loft needing to be moved down the narrow stairway and to another house nearby. We were not comfortable doing it ourselves, afraid to damage walls or railing. Called Murrieta Moving, we scheduled them right away as it was closeby and their guys did an excellent job. They were attentive to details and communicative whole time. Even gave a few cleaning tips for the couch on their way out.
Murrieta Moving was referred to us by our realtor at Berkshire Hathaway, and they did not disappoint! Manager Debbie was attentive and made sure our needs were met every step of the way. The moving team was professional and careful with our belongings. It’s no wonder local realtors speak so highly of them!
