I had 2 hours to get all of the furniture moved onto the truck. My son and I helped load the truck and they ruined one of my cabinets, it just fell to pieces. I would says very unprofessional! They knew that they had 2 hours to load and unload so they were SO SLOW!! In fact, they could've made a second trip, and got the rest of my other small furniture! I had some large pieces, not a whole house. When we got to my other house, they were not even going to leave the broken cabinet!!!
They loaded for an hour like you wanted and those cabinets you didn't say we were moving them when you called. They warned you about the particle board cabinet falling apart without back not properly on it. Did they not tell you what was … More
Disappointed. I scheduled movers about 2 weeks in advance for 11/05/18 at 1:30 pm. We needed about 5 large pieces of furniture moved from a storage unit into a Penske truck, so it would have been a simple job. Person I spoke with on phone was friendly/professional enough, & I felt confident that I could depend on the company. We came in from Dallas- which was why we didn’t schedule movers until 1:30 in the afternoon.
Moved my grandmother from Abilene two hours away. We were promised two 26 foot trailers. We got a 26’ and a 15’ trailer. They could not fit all of her belongings into the trailers. The owner said he would make it right and get the belongings the next day. He did get the belongings and then charged us for the third trailer. Trying to talk to him he was unwilling to make it right. Use anyone else. When the company messes up it is their responsibility to make it right. Edited 01/15/2024 As you just openly admitted.
You were only charged for two 26' trucks. I had guys come back to Abilene the first night late and make sure everything was out of house and had it delivered next day. (Mostly outdoor furniture) You would have paid way more anywhere else.
I called these guys are 12 o'clock and they told me it would be two hours, they didnt show up for four hours and all I need were two motorcycles pushed in a trailer. On the phone they told it it would be 75 dollars and they charged me 100 for not even 10 minutes of service. They also had terrible customer service. If you want anything done DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!!!!

We’ve moved numerous times, within Abilene and out of town, and Joe’s Movers is by far the best we’ve ever used. Nothing has ever been broken or damaged and his assistants are courteous and hard working. Joe goes above and beyond to help set up furniture and make sure all is well before he leaves. Joe’s Movers are THE BEST!
I appreciate Joe's Moving for sending Joe Jr. and Anthony to help me get some work done in the garage moving stuff and boxes. Joe answers the phone (which is hard to come by these days) and they reasonably priced. They even put together a rolling shelf for me. Thank you so much.
