Amazing experience from start to finish! Daniel and his teammate were incredibly organized, kind, professional, and FAST. Communication was excellent from the moment I requested a quote through the completion of my move. I requested a quote on Monday, had everything booked by Wednesday, and they completed my move on Friday. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Even with some unexpected changes at my drop-off location, they rolled with the punches without hesitation.

Used this moving company at the top of the year for my apartment transfer within my complex as well as for my mothers move into my current apartment. I will start with my move experience . The communication while booking was smooth with prompt responses to any questions I had. I moved from a 2 bedroom on a 3rd floor to a 3 bedroom on the 3rd floor. All of this was notated and discussed. Day of my move the movers were on time and communicated when they were on the way. I had two guys I’d say within their 30’s.

The men arrived a little late but gave me a heads up call that they’ll be behind. Arrived, went over contract while the other started working. Moved all out of my studio apartment in Charlotte to York, SC. Moved out all items in 1.5 hour. 30 min travel and then only 1 hour to unload. He estimated for 1.5 hours to unload but finished 30 minutes early. Only a 2 hour minimum and great rate, they were careful with all items.

Overall, I’m happy with the service. The furniture was handled with great care, communication was clear, and the reminders were timely. It was a smooth experience overall, with nothing major to complain about. Both of them were great. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I’ve moved around 10 times across the U.S., both long-distance and locally, so I’m quite experienced with packing and preparing for a move.
