They were able to schedule my move just two days later, which was a huge help. LONNY AND SHERMAN unloaded my furniture from a U-Haul and carefully carried everything upstairs to my bedroom. Read review to the end!!! So much to say! I had another company that originally agreed to do my unloading at this location, at 930pm on a Saturday they backed out. When you're moving across state lines on Monday morning that's bad. I reached out to several thru the U-Haul app, expecting no one to be able to be contacted before Monday nevermind on a Sunday. JOTS called me up just moments after I submitted my U-Haul request at 1056pm, by 11 I was speaking to Johnny personally on the phone.
Thank you, Mrs. Bubbles, I’m grateful that, although the other company backed out, my team and I were able to be there for you when you needed us most. It was unfortunate to see how your items were previously handled, but we believe that’s never an excuse to do anything less than our best.
