highly disappointed in the response I got after they damaged the bottom of the piano. this is the second time that I’ve used them, and they are the only Movers that I have used for my piano. it appears that the gentleman that they send out didn’t have enough power to lift it up the steps going into the house and it’s scraped the bottom. when I reported this, they took their time coming out and then I had to follow up with them. It’s been almost a month and had to chase them down for a response.
Ms Whittington - As we discussed in our email exchange yesterday, I understand how you could feel the way that you do about our company. If I were convinced that a mover had damaged my property during their move and would not take responsibility for said damage, I too would be highly disappointed.
easy to contact and came on time. Crew showed poor customer service and overall felt that the service is overpriced, especially for the technique used to carry the piano without completely wrapping it to put it on a dolly and do maneuvers such as flipping to go through the door. In many instances, it felt that the piano was not properly protected.

The movers did a great job with my standing piano, moving it up two flights of stairs without bumping the walls or damaging the piano in any way. The scheduling was also very fast - barely 2 business days turnaround. Giving 4 stars because the movers were not very respectful to my possessions. I understand that they can't use shoe covers since they need to grip, but when placing one of the detached piano boards, they thought to put it on my new rug (understandable as it's a soft surface instead of wooden floor).

I posted my Fathers beloved piano on LetGo and a man wanted it for his daughter. He was supposed to come pick it up, but sadly a few days before, his daughter was a passenger in a neighbors car involved in a head on collision. She’s in a coma in the ICU. So, I decided to have the piano delivered. Having never done this before I searched the internet and found Johnson’s Piano movers. I spoke with Ted on Monday morning and he arranged for the movers to be there that Wednesday !
