DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They broke my three-thousand-dollar TV and took zero responsibility for it. They also lost my keys and fob to my building. When I called to let them know, the lady who answered the phone was unprofessional and said I had to purchase extra insurance for them to cover the TV. This is a scam company, and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will also be taking legal action, even though it will cost me more than my TV is worth.
Thank you for sharing this with everyone to let them know our policies . I always sent out an email prior to your move so you were aware about the TV. If we don’t pack your TV we don’t take any responsibility .This is standard in the moving industry.
Will not use this company again. Damaged my couch, left pins but not sure what they went too and sent a few emails to them asking what could be done and what pins went too- No response. Not to mention my things were not taken care of during transport. Whole transaction was a mess.
Unfortunately, I did not see you in our records as of moving you. I never received any phone calls from you. We would’ve taken care of any damages that would’ve occurred per the state requirements. Candice Office manager
The actual movers were good, did a decent job. I'm giving 1 star as I felt deceived with the pricing and rates I was quoted over the phone by the owner Candice telling me that the rate was $150 per hour and saying there was a small service charge but didn't tell me it was another $150. Part of it was my fault for not asking for a total estimate. That is a lesson for the rest of you out there looking for movers.
Unfortunately you misunderstood our conversation. I’ve been answering phones for over 30 years and I have a routine of how I discuss our rates with our customers . I never have misled a customer, I’m always straightforward with our rates and our service charges, and in any other fees we may have.
I’ve had my items in storage for over 28 days (over 21 business days) and now they are saying that they are still waiting for a driver! Don’t believe the other posts from people clearly paid to leave a positive review. This has been HORRIBLE! DONT hire them! It’s going to cost you about $800 more and they won’t deliver you your items within 21 business days. I’m going to file a lawsuit for theft it they don’t deliver my items soon.

I was very happy from first contact to waving farewell to my moving crew. I was especially impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of my movers. Well-done, Kris and Alex (my moving team) with much appreciation to Candace in the office. 5 of 5 stars to Jones Moving and Storage. Great value for a very reasonable price. My move was small but complicated with 3 stops (storage unit and 2 residences) to gather my home goods from staging locations prior to my final relocation.

I contacted Jones Moving and Storage on behalf of my elderly mother who was moving from Chandler, AZ to the Philadelphia, PA suburbs. It was just under 4 weeks til moving day and because we could provide them with an accurate size and weight estimate, Candice gave us an initial quote that day. Steve came out to her apt 2 days later to survey her belongings and provided a firm quote which was the same price as estimate. It was a very fair price and the delivery was quick.

I contacted Jones Moving & Storage in May to assist with my elderly aunt's move from Arizona to Washington State. Because I cannot be in Arizona when the move takes place, Candice was helpful from the get-go to arrange for Steve to quickly visit the Arizona house and provide an estimate. Candice has scheduled Jones Moving staff to arrive at the house in early June, pack the contents, load the contents, and store everything until my aunt finds another house in Washington.

My mom and I had a fantastic moving experience with Jones Moving & Storage. Great family to work with from the time of booking all the way to the final drop off. Moving across country from Michigan to Arizona seemed like an overwhelming task to both of us, especially having two separate houses going to two different locations. Jones put our mind at ease with not only great communication through the entire process but also the attention to detail when handling all of our possession we value.
