I am beyond upset with the "service" provided. This was an awful experience from start to finish. They were 4 days late on a guaranteed delivery date and their communication is nonexistent. They left me in a new city for over a week without my cars because they canceled my vehicle shipment on the day of the move, essentially telling me it wasn't their problem. They also hit me with hidden fees and broke my daughter's furniture.
Hi my name is Josh I am the owner of JP Moving. I’m certain you have my company confused with another moving company. There are other JP Moving companies in other states but we are located in New Mexico. We have never delivered anyone’s of our clients furniture or vehicles late.

In their own words
I recently hired JP Moving LLC for my move from Air Force base to downtown Albuquerque, and I couldn't be more pleased with Arturo and Jebediahs' services. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. Booking Process: The booking process was easy and straightforward. I received a quick response to my inquiry, and the customer service team answered all my questions clearly. They provided a detailed estimate and kept me informed throughout the process.
Highly Recommend JP Moving! JP Moving made my move seamless and stress-free. The team was punctual, professional, and handled everything with care—from delicate items to heavy furniture. They worked quickly but never rushed, and their positive attitude made a big difference. Excellent communication throughout the process, fair pricing, and top-notch service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing a reliable moving crew!
I'm not gonna lie....moving is EXPENSIVE!!! However, after thinking I received much cheaper quotes with other companies, I realized I wasn't being given data that was comparing apples to apples. JP Moving did not sugar coat or try to hide some of my expense that I would occur with them and also ultimately other companies. It wasn't cheap, but working with JP Moving was AMAZING!! And I guarantee they are right at what other companies would have been.
These three guys were wonderful, top-notch professionals from the time they arrived till they pulled out of the driveway. They were very friendly from the get-go.They explained what their plan was and asked us to walk through the space with them before they even opened up the truck. They took pains to protect the floor, walls and doorways.
