Every single word of your response is misguided. Every. Single. Word. You didn’t leave the job, we fired you. We had lovely conversations with your crew, we tipped them generously and told them none of what happened was their fault, it was yours and your behavior. Feel free to post the recordings in their entireties, unedited, as it will only help people understand why we gave you 1 star. We had an awful experience with them. Beyond horrifying. We had to find another moving company the day before our move.
Kristin, with all due respect this is completely untrue. I had to file a police report due to some threats to harm me made by you and your husband. My employees also filed a statement about what was said and how there were threats made because of how you didn’t like what boxes we brought to pack…
While a few months have passed since our non-move with JP Moving, I still want to share our experience. We hired JP Moving to pack up a kitchen, move a house and storage shed from ABQ to Santa Fe. After a terrible experience with the owner during the kitchen packing, we had to cancel the move. The owner was absolutely horrible to us. I listened in as he berated my sister when she was trying to settle an issue with him. Then he told her husband she was a horrible person. It was just ridiculous.
Move was scheduled 13 days in advance and they called 20 minutes before scheduled time to cancel. Girl was rude with no understanding of the situation their company was putting my family in. They also were unwilling and unable to schedule me for the next day. The had availability 3 days out and expected me to take more time off work. Unprofessional.

Recently, I had the pleasure of hiring JP Moving for my relocation, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations! Their team, Joshua, Emilio, Arturo, Calvin, Brandon, and Samantha were professional, punctual, and exceptionally efficient. From the initial consultation to the final item being placed in my new office, their attention to detail was impressive. What stood out the most was their care in handling my belongings.
JP Moving was recommended to me by a colleague that had had a great experience with them during her last few moves. They did a FANTASTIC job. I was so impressed. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. My couch was a tight fit in it's new home so they took the legs off and put them back on and were smart on how to use open spaces to move things more strategically. Super communicative, professional, polite, helpful and responsible during the entire move.

Save the best for last. JP Moving is the best. We’ve been through many military and corporate moves in our 40+ years of marriage. You expect the worst because other moving companies deliver broken promises and broken (if not missing) furniture and personal effects. Not JP Moving. Based on my past experiences, I didn’t think any moving company could get a five star rating. JP Moving is this good. They rate five stars and much more. No broken or missing effects.
I HIGHLY recommend Josh and his crew. He responded very quickly after I submitted a request on his website and easily set up a move from my home to my new place, and my storage unit. Flexible is an understatement for these guys. They worked with me on a time, handled all of my belongings with such care, and never once had anything less than a positive attitude. I underestimated the amount of things we had (totally my fault!) And they worked through their lunch to STILL be conscious of my time and budget.
