In their own words
I cannot say enough amazing things about this moving company! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, organized, and completely stress free. Moving is usually such an overwhelming experience, but they made everything feel effortless. I have a kid and a dog and they worked about this as well! The team showed up right on time, handled all of our belongings with so much care, and worked efficiently without ever rushing or cutting corners.

I did a deep dive researching moving companies for a move from NYC to Westchester. I cannot recommend JP Urban Moving more highly--they are the absolute best! I requested an estimate on line and heard back immediately from Moving Consultant Chris Trujillo who was a pleasure and total professional to work with from start to finish. I had several questions along the way and he answered all of them promptly and pleasantly. In the days leading up to the move itself, he confirmed everything by text with me.
Huge thank-you to the JP Urban Moving team. They were recommended by a friend, and I’m so happy I went with them. Right off the bat, they responded to my inquiry promptly and professionally with a breakdown of the quote, a discount on boxes, and information about insurance. Even better, their quote was ALMOST HALF what everyone else was quoting. They sent a secure link for me to pay my deposit, and then I received a receipt immediately upon payment.
Hiring this company was the best part of our move. I cannot recommend them enough and am very grateful that we found them. We moved with them in September 2022 from a 2 BR in the Lower East Side to a 3 BR in Park Slope. Communication: Their emails were informative, clear, and well-timed. In addition, the dispatcher texted me the night before, during the move itself, and afterward to confirm.
