The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Such a professional and enjoyable environment/office to work with. I think I have been using this company for over three years now. They are prompt with all communication and Sandra at the front desk couldn’t be better. She always has a good answer and attitude. I encourage everyone to use Jurassic Storage.
Jennifer, you have been a delight to get to know and I appreciate your kind words. Tenants such as yourself make all the difference. Thank you for being a great customer!
Absolutely outstanding storage facility. Efficient, well managed, clean, safe, secure and good pricing. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Thank you Sofia for your 5-star review and your kind words! We hope you come back anytime you need storage!
Nothing but praise for Jurassic Storage! Facilites were always clean, well lit, well protected, and safe! Sandra and Max are so friendly and willing to help anytime we had a question or needed assistance. This was our first experience renting a storage unit and we will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend stopping by to check it out and meet the friendly people in the office!
Your 5 stars and kind words mean that we're achieving what we have set out to do - provide a secure, safe and clean storage facility. Great tenants like you make what we do that much more enjoyable.
I searched all over Eugene for a place to store my valuables. I found PLENTY of price-friendly places that would have worked. However, It was extremely important to me that they were stored somewhere safe, and clean. I got ahold of Sandra and immediately knew I had reached the right person and place. She was extremely professional, organized, and understood my concerns. I drove right over and met with her to walk around the facilities. I talked to her about my two greatest fears. 1. Dinosaurs 2.
Thank you, Adam, for those kind words! I think it's safe to say you did make a friend today. It's customers like you that make what we do so worth it. We're flattered that you feel safe leaving your valuables here.
