In their own words
I had a situation where someone attempted to take over my storage unit. I immediately partnered with the team at Just Store It, to freeze the account and unit; they went above and beyond in securing my unit. I initially work with Kenny, his willing ness to protect the business, the customer and stepping up with a professionalism and dedication to customer service in recovery and protecting the customer were unparalleled.
