In their own words
They moved us in December if you’d call it that. We did most of the loading and unloading while the sat around also upon unpacking our boxes we found that we were missing tools, our dryer no longer worked properly and I was missing a leather coat. Tried to get in touch with them to no avail also the movers were rude and inconsiderate.
This company knows how to talk the talk and appears very professional. However they way overcharged me for the work they did. I paid twice as much for 4 hours of work and I did for other movers for 8 hours of work. And they raised the price on me once they got to my house. They didn’t finish what I expected them to finish and I had to have friends come help do the work I thought they would do. Smooth talkers and it all sounded great until it wasn’t.
Worst drivers ever seen, when the lights hadn't even turn green for us the driver for this company just goes through a red light. It only only 15 before the light changed for us to turn, also speeding so in summary if u want your priceless items to be destroyed going with this company
My first time using them in 2023 was fine, they are not the most social/friendly men but it was whatever. This most recent time, they gave me a price, said it would be 2 men. Then 5 mins into the move, Mario or whoever the supervisor is walks in and before even looking at what I had says “it will be $100 more” I said that’s not what was agreed on and he says “the price that was given to you was for under 30 boxes” I called him out for not even glancing at what I had yet, I had 22 boxes.
Beware! We had Kelly come out and bid our move on April 26. He quoted us a price, said he had availability for May 29, and we sent him our deposit money, and sent a message confirming the date. This was a HUGE move. 2 trucks, 4 guys. It wasn't an easy or cheap project, and we had gotten several other bids from other companies with availability that we could have gone with, but we liked the idea of a fixed price, since he knew what he was getting into ahead of time. Big mistake.
Kellogg Movers we are very saddened to receive this communication and review . Our company is a very honest and high integrity company about whether we can do a job or not. I was very honest to about your project and the scope of the project we could not assist.
I hired Kellogg Movers for my move as I had used them on previous moves. I noticed a couple of items that I could not find. I contacted them with no resolve. I filed a police report for the disappearance of cherished high-value items, including heirlooms, and sentimental belongings. Beyond the financial implications, the loss of sentimental and personal belongings caused me significant distress and anxiety and I do not want anyone to have to go through that.
Called Kellogg at 0800 left a voicemail to contact me back..they called back within 20 minutes and was in the middle of workout 🏋️♀️ but was super courteous on the phone and said text him my address and he would swing by for the estimate....2 hours later called to follow up and he said ok he had my address and would come within the hour...2 hours later still nothing..looks like i'm going elsewhere with this move.
Called them on a recommendation. Lost 3 days for this. Seemed like a really nice guy excited to discuss our move. He set up 4 different times to come by - never showed or called to reschedule one time - finally after the 4th time I didn't call him and never heard from him again!!

I have used Kellogg Movers twice now. Each time has been a wonderful experience. Moving is never fun, but they definitely made it into a good event. Pablo is a kind, understanding, hard working leader of the team of movers I had. He was on it from the very beginning and kept me informed throughout the process. His team came with smiles and a good attitudes, which makes a huge difference. They were polite and accommodating in all that I asked of them.
This is the best money I could have spent! Let me break it down for you.... I've basically been moving, or ready to move and packing my house for a year! Well, we finally sold our house at a time we did not expect, right during graduation season ( I attended 3!) And all 3 of our kids are gone, so so adult kid help, husband is at a car dealership, so end of the month, need I say more. Basically I was in need of someone else who knows how to move all pieces of furnitture professionally and well. Who do you call.....
Kellogg movers where amazing. When I spoke to Chris, he put all of my worries to rest for this move. Kellogg movers gave us a great price, showed up on time, and moved my belongings like it was their own!!! They were professional, fast, and friendly. I really appreciate this company giving us an amazing experience. We are currently using this company for another move. We have used them for 3 different moves and will use them again in the near future for several more.
Our move with Kellogg Movers, from start to finish, truly was amazing. Their communication was excellent, they were responsive, clear, and made what could have been a stressful process feel organized and manageable. I’ve actually worked with them in the past, and because of that positive experience, they were the first and only option in my mind when it came time to move again. They delivered the same level of professionalism and reliability this time around.
