Absolutely appalled by their "skills" at moving. I moved through the military and they picked up my stuff in a moving truck then unloaded all the items from my household goods in their warehouse without me there and then loaded everything back up in crates. They misplaced 3 crates and i am still missing items. While moving they broke my dining room table in front of me and then proceeded to pack it with out fully disassembling anything.

I would have given them a better rating because their guys did a decent job moving our items, but when you are lied to about how many guys it will take (we were originally told 6 guys over 4 days) and they send 4 guys and it took them 2.5 days. When we paid the balance due and it was less than the original quote since we sold a bunch of heavy, bulky items. Then 3 days later they send me another invoice to pay another $2400!

On August 31, the company I work for hired Mesa Moving and Storage to move toolboxes and some shop equipment to our new shop, which is only 3.3 miles away. The moving company supplied their movers with protective materials such as thick plastic wrap and moving pads, designed to prevent damage from occurring during the move. So, their movers were well equipped, however, they lied about having been given these materials. From the start, the behavior of the movers was rude and unprofessional.

Our family used their parent company to move across the country in 1989. The team we started out with, Grand Junction, was great. They initially moved our 400+ paintings this spring. We thought we would be in good hands for our residential move across the country. We were in a remote location that would require a shuttle van. The assumption on all parts was that the Trucker, Tom Nugent, would park at the end of our road so we could ferry our things to his rig.

I was assigned this company by my base TMO office for my move back home following my separation from active duty service. I was told by a representative of this company that there was a virtual survey that needed to be conducted for the company’s record, which I was fine to comply with when I didn’t have a scheduling conflict. After a lot of back and forth the same representative and myself were able to finally workout a time to do the survey that was good for us both.

My fiancé and I signed with United to move from Salt Lake City to Pittsburgh. We chose United because in the past we had been scammed shady moving companies and we wanted to do business with someone established and professional. The salesmen who came to give us a quote assured us our belongings would be wrapped by their team and taken great care of. He also told us we needn’t empty any of our dresser drawers before pick up, the movers would be able to take them with everything inside.

I had an excellent experience with the moving team. Joe, Andy, Jose, and Javie were professional, hardworking, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, handled all of my belongings with great care, and made sure everything was safely loaded, transported, and unloaded. They also helped arrange and place the furniture exactly where I wanted it, making the move much less stressful. Their positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Ben’s Crew did an amazing job during my pack out and load for my last military move. His crew worked hard to ensure that all of our fragile items were wrapped and boxed safely. They were very responsive and quick to help when I had specific questions. Lastly they did an amazing job with the load, I feel confidant and comfortable with my items arriving to my new home safely.
Mesa moving just finished packing our house for us moving from Syracuse Utah going overseas and it was amazing. Diego and Roman were super organized. We’ve done international moves a half dozen times and I thought there was no way they’d pull it off in the time they scheduled. They worked hard, barely took breaks, and knocked it out in a day and a half when it’s taken up to 3 days previously.

Kody & Kory packed us up so fast. Amazing two guys doing an amazing job. Friendly and respectful. Joe, Ethan and Jaxon had to load our house up on such a hot day. They all did such an outstanding job. We have been moving with the military for many years and what a wonderful experience this move was.
