Price quoted was half of what I was charged. Damage to foot board on King Amish bed. Damage to top of dining room table.Damage to leg on some couch. Foreman picked up tools left at house yesterday and he stated he informed company of damages over 2 weeks ago and still no response. I informed crew leader if no compensation for damages by end of month would report to BBB. I would not recommend using them for moving.

If I had the opportunity to give no stars, I would. My mother, a disabled elderly woman arranged this move. We did everything to prepare them for our move, including sending pictures of our 2 storage units. They even had a representative come take pictures. It was a complete disaster. Our possessions were mishandled in so many different ways including numerous pieces of furniture broken and fragile boxes placed on bottom of heavy boxes upside down.

I would not use Kentuckiana Moving again, and I recommend choosing a different moving company. The pricing was much higher than I expected. During my in-home estimate, I was specifically told I would likely end up at the lower end of the estimated range. Instead, my final bill was over $1,100. While it technically fell within the estimate, it was nowhere near the lower end that had been represented to me, and the cost felt excessive for the amount that was moved.
We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. We are eager to review your pricing, service, and handling concerns and help resolve anything reasonably possible.
This was my first experience using professional movers and overall, I walked away decently disappointed. There was nothing major, but a lot of little things that added up to an overall sloppy experience. I was given an arrival window of 9am - 10am. When 10am rolled around and they weren't there and I hadn't received a phone call with an update, I called and requested an ETA. I was told the guys "should" be on their way to me.
Please call our office to get this handled. We take claims/feedback very seriously and would love to get this settled.

My experience with this company was mixed, but the matter was ultimately resolved professionally. The movers themselves were courteous, professional, and handled themselves very well throughout the move. Unfortunately, an accident occurred that resulted in some property damage. I do not believe the damage was intentional, and I appreciated the way the moving crew conducted themselves during the process. The initial claims process was frustrating.

We moved after living in our prior home for 32 years. Also we had a baby grand piano and a pool table with 1” thick slate. Very professional moving with careful packing and re-setup. Great service at a very fair price.
