DO NOT use this moving company. If they didn't "lose" it, they broke it! Items were not protected and were thrown about like trash. I was specific that I did not want to deal with a 3rd party broker. They assured me that they were not a broker and that my items would be delivered by them from the same truck loaded at my apartment, this did not happen. A 3rd party delivered my items w/o warning. My items were not tagged, nor presumably counted, by Keystone.
Very deceptive in the prices quoted one price and charged more say out front of house for half an hour and didn’t let us know we were charged for that time tried calling numerous times will no response over charged on trip time and charged us twice for same thing will never use them again or recommend them a very bad company stay away from them they should not be in business

If you want sentimental items broken, your upholstered furniture filthy with dirt and mud, your expensive furniture returned with rub marks so deep the finish is gone; well these are your guys. They broke a large Farmhouse clock, tore the Mantle on my fireplace completely off on one end, then told me I had cheap furniture. Let's not forget the expensive ION Shark robotic vacuum, they evidently threw on concrete! I had to replace that, not CHEAP!

Not the best movers in town. They only do local moving. Their long distance moving is high risk. And they dont move long distance. They just hand it over to someone else. They will try their best to tell dont get moving insurance. If you don't, u might not want to move anything valuable. U might get a dollar back if ur lucky. They might be ok local movers. Not sure.

We moved across town and Keystone was fantastic. They wrapped our glass cabinets perfectly and were very patient while we decided exactly where the sofa should go in the new living room. Highly recommend!
I was worried about my antique dining set, but the guys treated it like it was their own. Communication with the office was also top-notch, They kept me updated throughout the whole day.
