Worst movers you could ever find in town. Don’t let their affordable price fool you. They’re not licensed. If they damage your belongings, it’s nothing you can do about it . Which they did to ours in the moving process. And got left with a damaged sofa. Tried getting in contact with them and was told it was nothing they could do about it . So I advise you to keep scrolling and get you an actual licensed people that can do the job properly. Not just cheaply .
I believe you have us mixed up with another moving company. We moved you about a 7 months before this review with no complaints. You have only used Killeen Texas Movers one time so if the complaint is from 7-8 months ago please contact us … More
Their prices are very reasonable but when I called to ask if they were insured in any way I was told "if you're going to be that way you may want to go with someone else". When I asked what happens if something breaks they told me if they had that kind of insurance they'd be charging Mayflower prices.
I have been in the moving business for 20+ years and sometimes we have had what they call Nightmare Customers. Unfortunately you fit that description. So before we did business I decided to turn you away. I would rather have a bad Google review than deal with a Nightmare Customer.

Excellent experience from start to finish! As a realtor, I hired them for my clients who had just closed on their new home, and they exceeded expectations. They handled pickups from three different locations without any issues, were on time every step of the way, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. Jerome made what could have been a stressful move feel organized and seamless.
They were great. They called the night before and day of. They were on time, moved swiftly but carefully. They handled all our goods with care. It was a tiny move but they treated us like the same respect as a much bigger move.
They were serious movers, not wimpy. Very professional. Had all the equipment needed! Very happy we chose this company. After a bad experience with All My Sons - adding huge undisclosed fees to my bill after the move, also sending out movers that were smaller than I am as a woman, and would just stand around a lot. We are very happy with Jerome and the Killeen moving team.
Appreciate the two gentlemen that came to move my appliances from my old place to new. I didn't know my giant LG fridge would be a pain to move but I appreciate that they didn't give up and got it safely moved and reassembled. I liked the upfront pricing that didn't change despite how much longer the job took than expected.
