My elderly Aunt suddenly became ill and needed to relocate Jacksonville, FL where I currently live. I received information about King and Queen movers from my Realtor and upon the initial call, professionalism and courteousness was apparent. Whaletha Harvey was very thorough and exhibited great communication throughout the entire moving process. Every time I reached out to her, I received a timely response and she was always available to answer any questions.

I reached out to Mark last minute when another moving company fell through, and he was incredibly kind and willing to work with our tight schedule for a great price. I didn't end up needing the move, but was impressed by the quick response and excellent service . Would definitely consider them in the future!

I honestly could not have asked for a better moving experience. The two movers who helped me today (Marcus and Lee) were outstanding—professional, efficient, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, and handled all of my belongings with care and respect. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork. They were calm, organized, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing, which made a typically stressful day feel smooth and easy.

Don’t spend anymore time looking for a mover. I have NEVER been happy with a mover until NOW! I dreaded this move because the prior movers I used were expensive and my items were not treated with care. King and Queens did such a GREAT job. Their staff from day one was the best. Communication is important to me and if I asked a question, I always got an answer. Marcus was the best! I hope I never have to move again but if I do, they will be my one and only call. No more searching for movers. No more quotes.
