I signed for these guys to move my wife and I the weekend of August 9th. The moving crew showed up about 45 minutes late and within the first hour made mention they felt the quote I received for 3 men and 1 truck was not appropriate for our move. After being quoted 5 hours and 15 minutes, the move took 10 hours. The extended time ruined my 4 month old child’s ability to go to sleep as they were still working in the home until nearly 8pm.
We sincerely apologize for your experience and understand your frustration. It is unacceptable that the move did not go as planned, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We are committed to improving our services and addressing the problems you faced.
While the crew was on time and polite, I was disappointed with a number of things. First, none of my boxes had any kind of identification sticker or markings on them. I had to use their storage service because this was an interstate move, and I did not have a place yet. I am certain my boxes and other customer boxes got mixed up. I ended up with 14 large boxes that were not mine. A crew was sent to my new place in Illinois to pick them up. In addition to that, a number of my items were never delivered.
We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your move. We take your feedback seriously and understand how important proper labeling is to avoid mix-ups, especially during interstate moves. We apologize for the missing items and for any lack of communication on our part.
DO NOT USE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I recently used this company and was extremely disappointed. They were 2 hours late to the appointment. They went to the wrong location, they are also very unprofessional. For the inconvenience I was offered 50 percent off of the move, when we got to the end, i was informed they can only do 10 percent off and not anything bigger.

Moving is stressful. Moving with Krupp was not! The entire team was great - from Bethany who provided the estimate to the amazing team of Justin, Todd, and Cody who were our amazing movers. Communication was clear and everything was explained throughly. The moving team showed up on time and were friendly, courteous, careful and FAST! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Krupp, especially this team, to anyone considering a move.
Omar, Bryan and Hunter did an excellent job with my move. They arrived when expected and worked very hard to pack and unpack every item efficiently and with care. They were all friendly and respectful of me and my property and took above and beyond measures to ensure nothing was damaged or soiled. These young men were so efficient that the cost of the move came in under estimate and saved me several hundred dollars. I would 100% recommend Krupp and Omar, Bryan and Hunter to anyone looking for professional movers.
We booked our move with Shaun three weeks in advance, Logan, Terry, Jacob, and Bobby from Krupp moving and storage called when in route to our home and were on time. Upon arrival, they each introduced themselves and then all wanted to see what was to be moved. Once they had an idea of what was to be moved, they methodically moved through the house protecting and packing our furniture while utilizing any open space in the truck with boxes that we also had..
Krupp moved me on 4/28/25. Jacob and DiAnthony were an awesome team. They were very professional, efficient/effective, diligent, and polite. They called to make sure it was okay to arrive a little early. They communicated with each other continuously (e.g., moving boxes, breaking down the bed, moving the washer and dryer) and worked together as a well oiled machine … like they have been working together for years. I am extremely pleased at how they handled my move from a ranch house to a 2-story townhouse.
