I strongly advise against using them: 1) The movers damaged furniture and walls due to their serious carelessness; 2) The movers lost important items; 3) Without even asking my permission, the movers invited two other colleagues to join me at the end of the move: surprise, when the bill arrived, I was now being asked for a rate of $275 for 5 men instead of the $175 for 3 men stipulated in my contract—isn't that what you call a breach of contract?; 4) They don't even accept credit cards—hello, it's 2018! Avoid them!
Received a quote from Lachapelle Logistique; they mentioned having availability on Friday for a specific date. Signed the quote and sent everything, but the following Monday they informed us they no longer had any availability. Very disappointed by the lack of communication. Saying you have availability one day and then saying you no longer have it is quite... unacceptable.
Not recommended I don't recommend I asked the movers to be careful not to get the bed frame dirty (because it's white), but they got it dirty anyway... it doesn't look as bad in the photos, but it's dirty

We saw a post from Victoria Charlton and Bob le Chef saying they loved their experience! Now it's our turn to share our satisfaction with the moving services. The three guys are more efficient than we've ever seen! They take care to pack everything they take and carefully place our items in the truck. They're friendly and dedicated to their work! A huge thank you to Lachapelle Logistique for the pre-move follow-up with the email reminder service that kept us informed they would arrive on time!
Excellent communication before the move (reminder emails, to-do list, arrival time). Very flexible (my elevator was only available at 7 a.m., and they agreed to come earlier). Very professional and efficient. I had three people for the move, and they were fantastic! Super clean: they used floor mats to protect the floor. They took great care not to stain or break anything. Fast, reliable, and incredibly efficient! 30 minutes faster than my quote. Good price! I highly recommend them!
(French to follow) Very professional, they know what they're doing, and they do it well. I had to stop at a self-storage unit before my apartment, so they loaded the truck accordingly to be more efficient. At my place, the door/hallway was a bit too narrow, so they moved my large sofa in, via the front balcony, using straps from downstairs to the 3rd floor! The whole move went rather swiftly. They had wrapped all the appliances and furniture. I was very impressed! French: Very professional and efficient!
