Multiple expensive items of mine came up missing and were not replaced. Also, the team that was sent over was very confused why they were moving a day early rather than the day that was scheduled and it all seemed very unprofessional.

Update: The owner and co owner called me the next day after leaving my review yelling and demanding how I need to rebuttal my review. After I explained they had just woken up me up and I would call back he continued to plead with our I was not an actual customer and once they figured out I had been recording the call the owner tells the co owner to hang up because I was recording but it was too late it was all already saved for evidence.

Was given a quote and was around $1,000 more. The men were at my house to move me so I paid it since I did not have time to schedule someone else.

Lake Movers did a fantastic job on our local move!! Right from the beginning Heather set up everything perfectly. She called me on FaceTime so she could see exactly what we were wanting to have moved, and to give me an accurate quote. On moving day, Shawn and Caden showed up right on time. I showed them what was being moved, and they got right to it. Very professional young men!! They handled everything with care and didn’t damage anything. Great guys!!
The team did a wonderful job unloading our U-Haul. We had poor assistance loading up the truck in another state so we were worried, but the guys absolutely knocked it out of the park! They were careful with our belongings and were extremely kind and respectful. I highly recommend them if you’re needing help with a move!
