The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I cannot recommend this moving company enough. They are extremely efficient, punctual, professional, and trustworthy, and were willing to work with me when things went sideways. Quotes are very accurate once they send someone for an estimate, and are similar price-wise to EcoMovers and Gentle Giant. But this company is family-owned, which means more money goes to their movers instead of to some corporate office.
Thanks Alissa for the detailed review! I'm glad everything went smooth with the overnight storage and it all worked out. Enjoy your new home.
We just recently completed our second move with Lake Union Movers in as many years. During both moves I was incredibly impressed with Joe (owner) and his moving teams. First off-communication and scheduling are always very clear. No room for confusion on either end. And the movers themselves are tremendously careful and considerate when moving, being sure not to damage anything in the slightest.
Thanks Jon, and we appreciate your help that day as well! If you need any moving needs in the future let us know? We have expanded into interstate moving in all 48 states. Happy holidays. Joe.
I had to move between WA and OR on short notice for work (~1 week) and they made the whole process very easy. The online quote system worked well and they came out to look at my apartment to provide a more firm quote in case I missed anything on the online form. The quotes were lower than competitors in the area and, more importantly, were very clear on everything. The day of the move they helped pack what stuff I had left, disassembled my larger furniture, and got it all loaded for next day delivery.
Thank you for your business and letting us move you from Seattle to Beaverton Oregon. Sorry for the late response, and let us know if we can help in the future! Joe.
I recently had the pleasure of using Lake Union Movers, LLC for my relocation from Seattle to San Francisco, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. They were not only prompt in responding to my queries but also thorough in explaining the entire moving process. The moving team arrived right on time on the scheduled day. Each member was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
