Move was a disaster. I was moving from 1st floor apartment to 3rd floor. I talked to Chris (owner) with all details. Previously I was moving to another location but I decided to stay at this complex. Chris had all the information of my in-house move but on move day everything went terribly wrong. Three guys came (one was sick) & brought the truck. I told them the truck was not needed it was a in-house move. They didn't get info from Chris about it. They called Chris & he said to bring the truck back, he needed it.

Can't say enough. I started with another company, contacted them multiple times to try to seal the deal. I'm not gonna chase you to give you my money. By the time they decided to contact me I had called Mass Movers instead. I had a 2 part move, into storage and then to my location.No issues from 1st contact. Friendly and understood the assignment. Not only gave me a great deal but they sent Tay & Darrel! Had both of them for the Entire move which I Loved because they knew my stuff!
Chris, Chris and Darrell were all fabulous. They were so pleasant and hard-working and conscientious and helpful. I teased them that I want to move again just to see them again. You will never regret using them. Chris is so responsive and wonderful to communicate with. This is a gem of a business. Bravo!

Chris and Darryl came out and moved dozens of boxes (mostly board games and books) from our basement to the moving truck in record time. They also brought up and packed a complete antique dining set and a chest freezer. This is the third time I have engaged their services, and they have been outstanding every single time. The reason I have used their services so frequently is that I had to make a sudden move after a personal tragedy, and they have helped me unpack, repack, and reload each time.
