Subpar moving company. Less than stellar customer service, poor communication, beyond unacceptable handling of household items. Broke the 1 and only item that I communicated could not get broken. 1/1 unique custom framed jersey autographed and all, cost me over $3000 to complete and it was clearly dropped as the frame is cracked and the card came loose inside the glass. Missing several items and several IKEA bookcases completely unusable.
Lee’s Moving and Storage is a DANGER TO SOCIETY. They park their trucks in the middle of the street blocking traffic and risking the lives of innocent commuters. At 8:15am this morning ‘Lee’s’ truck was parked on Moreland Rd right up to the traffic light at the intersection of Huntington Pike completely halting traffic during a very busy time as many people are on their way to work. The only way past was to blindly go into oncoming traffic due to the truck blocking anyone’s view of the traffic light from behind.
I was initially happy with the job they did, and gave a generous tip to each of the movers. However, when I installed our fairly new 82" TV a few days later, I learned that it had been damaged by impact during the move, and that the repair cost exceeded the value. I contacted the owner of Lee's, who said that had no insurance to cover this, but that insurance normally pays only $.60 per pound. He offered to send a $56 check to cover the $1500 in damage they caused.
We used Lee's to store our property while we waited to move into our new home. When we finally moved in multiple pieces of furniture were scratched and/dented, glassware was broken, and our king size mattress was broken. After working for a more than a month to get compensated, I was only given a small amount of money that did not come close to covering the damages. I was very disappointed.
Dishonest, lost $100,000 of my personal posessions, their insurance coverage was non existant; stay away from this company unless you want to deal with dishonest crooks who will steal your valueables and then deny you even had such posessions. Caveat emptor - Latin word for let the buyer beware!
Absolute horrendous employees. Block streets in the suburbs with plenty of places to park without affecting anyone. Then curse at the line of cars trapped behind them. Never hire this company for any reason. Cops had to come tell them to move their truck. Ridiculous.

Lee’s Moving & Storage was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, fast, and surprisingly stress-free. The team was professional, efficient, and handled everything with real care, and not a single item was damaged. Scheduling was effortless, communication was clear, and the owner himself is wonderful to work with: kind, straightforward, and genuinely invested in making sure everything goes perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with how the move went.
Lee's Moving did a phenomenal job on our CT to PA move. They showed up exactly on time (started at 5am) and worked non-stop all day. They moved nice wood and glass furniture and a piano and everything was protected and delivered safely. The workers were polite and professional. The job came in just under the proposal price. We couldn't be happier and will use them again.
Very good experience with Lee's moving and storage. We hired them to move a piano from Huntingdon Valley to north wales. Very good price. Excellent service. Thank u guys !
I moved 10 times in 10 years and this was by far the best of the 10. No angst from Dawn setting it all up to the three movers Tom Marvin and Dominic getting it all done. Moving is a hassle but they made it easy. I was on my third company trying to get my stuff moved and they made it seem so simple and inexpensive. I'll be using them from now on.
