What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Great experience downsizing my 80+ year old immigrant with the help of Legacy Moving Company. My initial phone call with Nick (one of the owners) was both professional and personable. He was quick to get back to me with a quote. Leading up to the move, I had various changes so some back and forth communication. Nick was always prompt in his replies and helpful. The move itself was very quick and smooth. They were very careful with the furniture - disassembling, wrapping, transporting with no damage.
Thank you so much for this incredible and thoughtful review! It was an absolute honor to assist with such a meaningful move for your family. We understand that downsizing can be a sensitive process and we are truly grateful that you trusted us to handle it with the care it deserved.
We used Legacy Movers to make a move across town. All I can say is WOW. These guys treated us like family and we felt it during every step of the process from estimate to final walk through. Their team was professional, friendly, and hard working. I really appreciated their special care with our fragile marked boxes and our antiques. Chris was a step ahead in professionalism, candor, and reliability. They came in under estimate, too! I can't recommend them highly enough.
First time using movers. I’m super happy I went with Legacy! Made the stress of moving so so much easier. The guys were fantastic from the beginning, right up until the very end. Got an estimate of what the cost would be (more or less) so no surprises there. Chris came to my home, we went room to room to go over what was to go with the guys the day of the move. He suggested 3 men to speed up the process and to be more efficient, as my move consisted of mainly large furniture pieces.
We're so glad you chose us for your first move! What an honour to be part of such a big day! It means a lot to hear that the team helped take the stress off your shoulders and made everything feel a little easier.
We recently used Legacy Moving Company for our move, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was incredibly punctual, arriving right on time and working efficiently throughout the day. Their attention to detail and care in handling our belongings gave us complete peace of mind.
OMG! What an incredible review :) Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re absolutely delighted to hear that everything from the move to the storage solution exceeded your expectations.
