I called for a moving job where I was quoted a price and was asked for my card information. Sky said my card will not be charged until the day of service. 2 days after I called them and late at night, I received an email from Sky requesting for me to sign the moving contract using docusign. I opened up the contract to see a whole address missing, another address entered incorrectly, the wrong time of arrival, a travel rate that was not disclosed, the incorrect minimum hours required, a cancellation fee of $360…

We were quoted a price on a company move contract and after explaining the approximate cost (within a few dollars) we agreed to the price. It was 500 pm and needed the move the following day. He said the guys could be there at 700am to pick up the cabinets but had to have them delivered before 10am only because the had another appointment at that time. He promised he could meet that obligation/time-frame and cost per man hour.
Hi Douglas,, Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing our records, we do not have any record of a service provided to you. We take all concerns seriously and want to ensure any issues are addressed appropriately.
BE VERY CAUTIOUS & CAREFUL!!! CHEATS !! FAKE REVIEWS!! When they arrived they changed the prices on us. They won't tell you butTHEY CHARGE AN EXTRA $35 for each staircase. If you are on the 3rd floor that's an extra $110. Also they charge for anything they deem heavy at $40 an item. They can say anything is heavy. PLUS ALL their movers were illegal middle eastern dudes. They seemed super agressive and shady.
Hi Som, We take the integrity of our business and the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. After a thorough review of our records, we have no record of ever providing services to you, nor any customer profile that matches your name or details.
this company charges money $360, I never used their service! Big scam!! Business owner never come on phone to clarify. Customer service only take your phone but never call back. never give your credit card number

Unfortunately have to update my review. They were great when I moved I tried to give them a referral but now they are extremely overpriced.
Hi Eileen, Thank you again for the original 5-star review you left after your previous move with us we truly appreciated that, and we were happy to know you had a great experience with our team. I’m sorry to hear that the recent estimate felt higher than expected.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Legend Movers 4 You for my move, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The booking process was easy and transparent, with a clear breakdown of costs. On moving day, the team arrived right on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. What truly stood out was how careful they were with my belongings.

Best move I’ve ever experienced!! And I’ve moved 4 times the past 5 years. I was was panicking because i needed movers on a Saturday, in 3 days! I called 4 companies and Sky was the first and ONLY company to call me back(same day).. He whipped up a quote at a GREAT price and was able to schedule me in on such short notice! Sky, E, and Maurice were an awesome team. They thoroughly and individually wrapped all of my furniture to prevent it from being damaged.
The moving process could be very challenging. However, this moving company relieved me of the bulk of the stress that comes with the process. A tremendous open line of communication was established at the very beginning of my interaction with the company. The staff were very friendly and professional. They have efficiently moved my household goods in a timely and orderly manner. I definitely recommend this moving company to anyone who is looking for an exceptional moving experience.
THE BEST!!! Do not look any further for a moving company. Sky and his crew are THE BEST!! My husband found them from good reviews many years ago. My family has used them more than 3 times moving to different homes in the area (Winter Park & Maitland) & for other smaller jobs. I had them pack us for 1 move, have referred them to friends and my husband‘s company has used them as well. Sky is such a nice, pleasant and calm person ….just the type of personality needed in a stressful situation like a move.
