Beware... Something is sketchy with this company. Both of its published phone numbers do not work. I finally was able to reach “Maria” by email. After several back and forth emails, she provided me with a quote. She also confirmed that both numbers are non-working numbers. Maria said she would call me shortly. She did not give me a working phone number to call her and there was no explanation why. She never called me back.
Fake review! Even your name is fake. We thrive on reliability and awesome customer service.
GET LEO's INSURANCE UP FRONT! Leo refuses to take responsibility for destroying my dining room table. He personally packed it in my storage unit and his crew put a steel bed frame up against it with no blanket. Their negligence caused serious damage which I discovered when I went to get it two days later but he’s refusing a request to make an insurance claim. He insisted that I give his furniture guy a try, who did a very poor job and still refuses to let me make an insurance claim on one table.
I’m sorry you weren’t happy with having your table completely restored by a professional furniture restoration company. I can see on your profile all the bad reviews you have left for other businesses. You damage small good business reputation. Thank you!
I strongly advise against using Leo’s for moving, particularly if you have a piano. We hired them last June for a short, 25-minute move from Sugar Land to Missouri City. Despite moving only a one-bedroom equivalent —with all items prepped and no heavy furniture other than a glass table and three bookcases (we left everything else to the new owner) —the job was significantly padded. I was quoted a 'conservative' 4 hours but was charged for 5.
We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your move. This move was completed in June of last year, and no concern was brought up to us at time of delivery. We always encourage clients to inspect items immediately so that any issues can be addressed promptly.
Extremely disappointment and would warn others to stay away. Called them two days before my moved and they had given me the price in which I agreed. Asked them to email me this formal quote which they didn’t - they called back due to writing my email address wrong and I provided this information again as well as my address. The next morning I checked to see if they had sent anything and to my surprise they didn’t. Called numerous times and could never get ahold of anyone.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating to not being able to reach us. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We did experience an unforeseen emergency which we can’t disclose the nature, and impacted our ability to respond as usual.
Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience with Leo’s moving they were 1.5 hr late from their scheduled time frame, I had to call them at the end of their scheduled time frame to find out what was going on, they showed up didn’t apologize for being late. They were rushing through the entire process throwing my couch pillows down the stairs. Never professional, and they were pricey. Definitely I WOULDN’T RECOMMENDED then to anyone.
I apologize for the poor experience. Our goal is customer satisfaction. Thank you for the feedback which helps us improve our service.

From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my instrument. Moving a piano is no small task, but Leo’s team handled it with expertise and precision. The movers arrived on time, fully equipped with the necessary tools and padding to ensure my piano was protected during the move.

Excellent service with very reasonable pricing. Even during the crazy unpredictable Houston rains. The guys at Leo Movers were very professional, showed up within their time slot, packed all our stuff safely with wrap and padding, and loaded and unloaded it all while it rained non stop. The men were courteous, friendly and extremely cooperative and even accommodated is when we changed our minds about furniture placement a few times.

After having PODS recommend Hire a Helper and having that company completely damage all of my furniture and Gym equipment, I was lost trying to figure out who I could trust to unload my Pods. I called around randomly and asked every company the same thing, “can I meet your crew?” Only Leo’s Moving service agreed to allow me to meet his team prior to the move. Not only did I book them immediately, bu Leo himself (the owner) came to my place of business to assure me his team was professional and responsible. WOW!

Good movers. Capable. They moved us fast and professionally. The only thing I didn’t like was that I asked them a couple days before if they charge for actual hours, and they said yes. Well, I went ahead and moved the kitchen myself. By the time I pack and unpack it, I might as well move it myself. Didn’t save the movers much time, but probably a little. Anyway, day of the move (and again, they did a great job), Leo charged me the quoted price.
