Edit: my belongings were eventually delivered. Company attempted to schedule delivery on date they knew I would not be available. Driver was able to adjust to the following morning. Driver alluded to me paying less than I should have due to the actual weight of my shipment. This, of course, not taking into account the explicit agreement with the company in Stoneham, QC. Luckily all items were in the same condition as when loaded.
Dear Wesley, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that you have experienced. I want to assure you that we understand your concerns and take your feedback seriously. Due to an unexpected blizzard in Goose Bay, our truck, which was assigned to your move, was delayed.

Excellent service, reliable, punctual, and above all, very well done! A few weeks before our move, they came to deliver boxes and papers. They have courteous teams, take care of our belongings, use blankets and specialized boxes for large items, etc., and are also mindful of the environment, laying down mats to keep the area clean.
