Completely unprofessional. When furniture was broken and a TV was stolen, the movers were quick to arrive. I'm really disappointed, and the price was too.
Hello Mr. Lafond Ampleman, Perhaps you have the wrong company? We have no record or history with your name, and furthermore, no television theft has been reported. We move and deliver hundreds of units every month without any damage or theft.
This company was recommended to me; on Monday, June 22nd, everything was ready, no electronics, furniture, or boxes, but clothes had already been delivered. From my 4.5 condo to a 3.5 condo, less than 5 km away. One flight of stairs from the original address and elevators at the new one. Two movers: a tall, strapping guy named Patrick and his colleague, a Mexican man who was incredibly well-integrated, very fast, smiling, and hardworking—I have nothing but praise for him.

Don't trust this company. I've lost thousands of dollars in damages. Not a penny in compensation. The worst company in Quebec. You have to go to court. Write to me for more details, photos, a formal notice, emails... I'd be happy to see them.
Hello Mr. Guillemette, we would like to inform you that Rapide has been under new management since 2018 and we have made changes to improve our service. Our warehouse has been renovated and we have implemented new systems to better manage the company.

Excellent service from Rapide Transport Moving Company, a subcontractor for Galerie du Meuble's deliveries. Fast and efficient delivery. Dominik was incredibly friendly and very careful with our armchairs. The team was professional and cheerful. They even took away the boxes and packing materials – a huge bonus! Great experience!
