My items were held on the truck until I promised to sign a waiver that said I would only give 5 stars and not discuss this company with anyone else. This, after they were 2 hrs late and charged over double what they quoted. I refused to sign and after an hour they finally unloaded the last of my items. A very intimidating and unsettling experience which deterred me for a long time even writing this review. I guarantee many of these "5 stars" were bullied into it.

Awful experience! They ruined my Peloton treadmill and several pieces of furniture. They showed up at my house on the day of the move and asked to borrow my tools because they forgot theirs! They will try to bully you into a “ contract” that stated that you cannot give them a negative review or you will owe them $5000. A absolute nightmare and a horrible experience!

Let's Get Moving helped me with a local move in Hamilton. They were easy to book, affordable, prompt, and extremely professional. When the first moving truck was too large to fit down my alleyway, they came back with a smaller truck very quickly, and the movers very friendly and communicative throughout - despite having to carry furniture further than what they expected! The movers were also respectful and careful with my belongings, as well as extremely efficient.

Moving day is stressful, to say the least. The day had come to leave the city and ead to to my new rural home. The Let's Get Moving team was helpful from the first phone call I made to the moment they pulled out with their empty truck from my new place. It was deemed a local move even though I was moving from the GTA to te Niagara Peninsula. They arrived on time moving day and went to work, not skipping a beat. They respected my "stuff" and packed the truck with care. They barely took a break.

Let's Get Moving Hamilton handled my moving and storage needs for my reno. For my move out in January 2024 the team was efficient and professional (sorry, I did not get the names of the movers). Moving back in the team was great, too. The office made rescheduling easy when my reno was delayed, and the guys who moved me back in - Omid, Salaam and Ramathani - were very professional. The were two hiccups; one, the team wasn't told to bring tools so they could put some of my furniture back together.
