Avoid this company at all costs. I had a terrible experience and will never hire them again. I ordered two movers to help me load up a one bedroom apartment into a truck and help me unload it at a second location. It could have been a very straightforward, quick job, but due to the incompetence of this company it was not. The moving personnel were 1 3/4 hours late.

The company didn't have any equipment, so everything was moved by themselves. This made them take 3x times longer so we were charged triple the trice we were quoted! Absolutely ridiculous. Paid over $1300.00 to move 1 single persons stuff from a 7 min drive apart. We even helped them move stuff because of slow they were going. Do not recommend!!! Find a moving company that actually has trolleys.

LOOK THEM UP ON REDDIT!!! The one star reviews are regularly removed, the employer doesn't pay their employees and they're prone to not showing up. We scheduled a move for 11 am on the 20th of April 2024 and no one showed up. We called the company line and got the "all the agents were busy" automated response so all we could do was leave a message. By mid afternoon we got a call back saying there was some kind of mixup and nobody bothered to warn us.

Firstly, they mixed up the move date with the packing date. Two guys came to pack and looked like it was their first time packing. They put glasses in a box without any wrapping at all. Wrapped boxes with tape that looked haphazard. Charged too much for boxes, so get your own. Then after they left they called and said that I hadn’t paid when I gave the deposit over two weeks ago. A packing of 4 hrs. Cost $800!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

We had Let's Get Moving on multiple occasions, all from the same address. They moved my grandmother's very old and heavy furniture from Montreal to two addresses in Val-des-monts. They moved my parents' belongings to a new home (not very far away but there was so much to move it took around 6 hours). They moved some furniture from my parents' to my brother's in Brossard. My parents contacted them to have them remove old furniture and trash and also put furniture in storage for my grandmother.
