I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company and would not recommend them. The crew that showed up was far from professional. It seemed like one experienced worker had brought along two beginners and was training them on the job while handling our move. To make matters worse, one of the three workers barely did any work at all, while only two people were actually moving our belongings. Since this company charges by the hour, this was especially frustrating.

When taking items out of storage, everything was poorly packed. Many items broken for example: broken table legs, scratches on almost all furniture, tv cracked, and decor ruined. Was told we cannot watch or enter the storage unit to check items before packing. Then when receiving and unpacking they denied any wrong doing and only offered a few hundred when there is thousands in damages. No doubt they do a good job on a regular basis but in this case they were not.
Next door was moving in to my apartment building, I am the bottom unit closest to the entrance. One of the movers thought it was a great idea to step over my little garden fence and walk THROUGH my garden so he could cut over to drop stuff off to the unit thats moving in. He crushed ny flowers, I couldnt believe it. It was not hard to go around my garden. I also caught them throwing their cigarette buds on the apartment lawn. This is how fires are also being started guys....Very ignorant workers.

This people are a scam and please avoid them. They will charge you hidden and make up fess that was never mentioned during the estimate. They refuse to give a full and exact estimate. They will prey on the most vulnerable. Do no pay until all your belongings are received. They are very slow and they do this on purpose to try to justify why they are charging you more. If possible avoid them. They are not a trust worthy company. You are warned.
Firstly, the company expected us to "talk" with an "AI assistant" multiple times, even after asking to speak to an actual human being. Then, after waiting a long time to speak with a human being, on each of two occasions the individual I spoke with had a heavy South Asian accent. We are not even sure if we were dealing with a Canadian company - avoid.
Hello Brian, there is no call centre in Kingston at this business branch. This is an OFF TOPIC review as no business was had with LGM KINGSTON. We are truly sorry that you did not like the call centre A.I operator and speaking with the sales team.
Though I have no comments on their moving skills, they had multiple people call me 16 times in 48 hours. I have asked to be removed from their call list three times now and still receive calls multiple times a day. Do not give them your information.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Let's Get Moving for my move and I can confidently say that they exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The team of movers who helped me out, Pardeep and Amarpreet were amazing. They arrived on time, ready to work hard and get everything done efficiently while still being careful with my belongings. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the moving process so much easier than I anticipated.
We hired Let's Get Moving for help moving furniture in our house; overall I found that the company had great communication and fair pricing. If you're considering Let's Get Moving for a in-house move, we had a good experience. The only reason for less than 5 stars was a wall ding that now requires putty and painting to fix; the paperwork that I signed on the day of the move also detailed that they are not responsible for such damage.
Moving is stressful at the best of times, but when things happen unexpectedly and you’re working with a very tight window, you really see who the true professionals are. Amtoj and Anaya from Let’s Get Moving Kingston absolutely held everything together for us. They provided excellent service during a challenging time. Our move came up on extremely short notice, and not only did they make it possible, they made it smooth.
Pardeep and Amarpreet are not only kind souls they are Brilliant.. going Well Above and Beyond to help add to my Already Glowing Review. Over one week from my move I realized my bedframe was not properly connected.. easily missed on a 5 hour stressful move. Trying several times on my own and still not able to fix it .. I called Let's Get Moving and they were on it immediately.
