For future reference, please be clear to state you charge additional fees, not just per mover involved in the process fee, when conducting new business with your clients. Rather it be, per mover, per hour, or an additional delivery fee prior to booking. l chose your services, based off on previous reviews and the prior conversation of being charged for two movers $130, 1-2hrs, on last week over the phone. I was not expecting a delivery charge, let alone for a 15-18min drive from my previous address.
We are so sorry about the misunderstanding we told you everything up front and told you same prices before starting Job. We charge everyone a 2 hour Minimum and a flat rate Travel fee. We are not taking advantage of anyone we are the best priced movers around.

This was my first time ever using a moving company, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Cory and his team at Let’s Move were amazing from start to finish. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. What really stood out to me was how careful they were with all my belongings—everything was handled with care as if it were their own. The entire process was simple and stress-free, and the price was very affordable.
We hired Lets Move to unpack 5 moving pods into our new house, including ~2000 pounds of vinyl records. The price was extremely reasonable. They had great communication & showed up on time. They were so fast & efficient, very gentle with all our belongings, & really wonderful to work with. I would 100% hire them again.

These guys genuinely saved my bacon! My first movers (Stick n Move) canceled an hour before they were due to arrive, a pretty obvious case of simply not wanting to work on the weekend (which is fine! Just don't make those days available for schedule!) which was about to royally screw my entire moving schedule. Calling around to local companies, I got through to Cory immediately, and he and his crew showed up 20 minutes later and had all my stuff safely hauled out of a very contrived basement layout and packed in…
