The rating breakdown
1 of the 23 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Ley Piano Company are one or two star.
Worked out from 23 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Piano Moving: Prompt, professional and FAST! Affordable pricing. I appreciated how quickly they moved the piano and how professional they acted. They knew what they were doing and caused the least bit of interruption to my day as possible. Their customer service on the phone was also friendly and helpful. We have also hired them (Gabriel) to tune our piano. We've worked with him before and we are pleased with his level of service and attention detail.
Ley Piano Company is reasonably priced, efficient, and careful. It was amazing to watch them take down and move a baby grand within a couple minutes--poetry in motion. They clearly know what they are doing. I also appreciated that they called me back promptly on a weekend and scheduled me right away for a move a couple days later. If I ever need to move a piano again, I would certainly use them again. Highly recommended.
Omg my moving day was so hectic! We lost our spot with the movers so we had to move everything ourselves, then I looked over and saw my piano and instantly the hubby was like “we are not moving it” I instantly got online and called the last piano movers but there was no answer and I didn’t have time to sit and wait; so I called Ley piano and no problem but there was a problem I told them it was a upright piano OMG!! so when I saw the one guy with his roller dolly I was like where is your other guy..
Thank you for the kind review. We are very glad we were able to help with your piano!
Our Steinway had been damaged in a move and we trusted the Ley Piano Company to restore its beauty. You will love working with Daniel. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and seemed to really enjoy sharing the process and working on our piano. He is very open and honest and will walk you through the steps so you are always aware and happy. We highly recommend his company.
Happy to help restore your piano! Thank you for the kind review.
