Using this company was an absolute disaster!! The owner lied and stated that their system was down and they were 6 hours late. Absolutely unprofessional and one of the movers was so slow and took as much time as possible. I started jumping in and moving stuff. Since I didn’t pay extra for the insurance (which the employees should not know about) there was zero regard to handling items with care. This was an absolute joke! I had to stop them because I worked faster alone.

One star is way more credit than they deserve. They took 8 months to refinish only 3 out of five of our pieces. They also tried to over charge us. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Liberty Bell Moving and Storage Inc. and its owner, Kevin Finkenaur, accused of violating the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act, the Maine Unfair Trade Practices Act, must pay a $125,000 settlement. Liberty Bell texted me at 4am the day of my move to inform me that they did not have a crew available (4 hours before they were scheduled to arrive). I had received multiple confirmations via email in the days prior. After initially offering to "slide me to move tomorrow", they said they would be able to do the move by the end of the scheduled day. Around 4pm, I was texted by a separate number indicating that the move would not be happening.

I gave them a detailed list of items for moving because I was out of state the date of move. They missed the second item on the list - a bed! After ignoring repeated follow ups from me, they and refused to go back and get it. I highly recommend against hiring them to move unless you are there to supervise.

On Time and Professional Service Truck and Men all well identified in branded hoodies, shirts and hats. Caleb and his crew arrived ready to go and started loading immediately and masterfully filled the first of (2) Pods. Its amazing what a great result a well thought out plan can bring. Most everything got neatly and carefully packed into the first Pod. I would definitely recommend and will use Liberty Bell again next week for Pod # 2. Great Job Guys!!!!!

Fast and easy booking! Reasonable rates and excellent communication. When the crew showed up they went right to work and had the job done in no time at all. They were fun and made moving not seem like such a hassle! I would use them again. Even my friend said that he was going to book them when it came time for him to move!
