I just love to do an update: So I was able to file a claim with my credit card and at least get the money back that was paid for the move where they destroyed thousands of dollars of my belongings. Anyways apparently they had gained access to another one of my credit cards and by gain access I mean they stole my credit card number and on December 20th 2025 EIGHT MONTHS AFTER THE BOTCHED MOVE THEY USED that stolen credit card information and tried to charge nearly $700 to my card.
Sabrina, your move was completed under a signed service agreement, and payment was processed through our standard, secure payment system. We operate with clear terms and consistent procedures to ensure transparency and accountability on every move.
Took 8 hrs and 20 mins to move a 2 bedroom apartment 4 mins down the road to a 2 story house. EIGHT HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES! How many boxes did they have to pack? Zero! They offered a 3rd guy up front to move things faster and when I said yes they said they don't have any movers who wanted to work on a Saturday. Mind you, everyone moves on weekends. The movers who came in were ok. Not efficient. They didn't wrap anything. I bought my own mattress cover. No TV cover.
We understand that this move took longer and cost more than you anticipated. Our focus on every job is to work safely and professionally while handling belongings with care and maintaining clear communication throughout the day.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! **Update 12/8 - I am speaking only about my mother's most recent experience with you. I am NOT talking about my experience with your rude mover. This is about when my mother moved. That was when your man decided to leave his own review after harassing my mother. You can put my situation on blast all you want. That doesn't change the fact that one of your employees fraudulently left a review in her name PRIOR to any attempt for me. So, this is not about MY experience. It is about HERS.

I specifically booked this company because I needed help packing before my move and confirmed ahead of time that they would provide that service. On the day of the move, I got a call from the crew telling me they wouldn’t be unpacking (which I didn’t need anyway), but I still expected them to help me pack as promised. I was also asked to disassemble my own bedframe and larger furniture to “save time.” Which I didn’t end up doing because that’s what movers are for.

Movers cracked my glass table. I was told by staff that they were going to send someone to fix the piece that broke . I called in, agent was rude and said insurance will not cover it since before I hired them I told them in my previous move the movers cracked my table top. I told the rep that table top was replaced and that what was cracked by his staff is the base. He disregard it and said that his insurance won’t cover and that I needed to provide a picture of the table before the moving.

Movers Beware! Scam artists! Put a deposit down for a move in march of 2027 was told by Victor Barnes that my deposit is refundable. This was the end of January called today May 7th to cancel the move and was told that I fact my deposit is not refundable after 2 weeks! Tried to talk to customer service and she was lethargic and nonchalant . I could understand not refunding if the move was in the near future but 10 months from now?

Never had to opportunity to use this moving company. I will say from what I watched and seen these people are very unprofessional and unpleasant. Left our entry hallways into the complex a complete mess. Younger group of kids who really don't care about there surroundings or there reputation.
Liberty Moves Orlando maintains clear standards for professionalism, conduct, and respect for the properties in which we work. Our crews are trained to operate with awareness, accountability, and consideration for surrounding residents and shared spaces.
Local move full house. Broke glass top dining room table, broke 2 marble tops from night stands. Broke large ceramic pot 3 ft. Tall. Removed and lost bolts from dining room table top. Removed and lost electric wire hook up to electric lift chair. Put labeled boxes in wrong rooms.

From initial contact, booking and move - this was the easiest process! I was nervous moving my photography studio and found Liberty through a Google Search. The crew was communicative and on time, they moved quickly and made sure everything was secure and protected. I loved that I could track the truck as well! They had my entire space (1250SF) moved out and into a storage unit in under 4 hours. I can’t recommend them enough! The 3 guys on the crew were really friendly and helpful as well!

Devin, Spencer, Dontae Ortiz, and Jason are without fail, the most awesome moving crew I have ever had the pleasure of using - and that says a lot, as I have experienced seven cross-country moves throughout my adult life. About the company: They may not have been the lowest bidder (I suspect we had a few low-ballers who probably didn’t know what they were doing), they certainly were not the highest either - their pricing was well-thought-out and VERY fair given our complex move into two separate properties.

Just moved into my new apartment yesterday and Liberty Moves Orlando made the process so easy! Bradley at the leasing office recommended Liberty Moves and I’m glad he did. I worked with Derek, Shemuel, and Mason. All three men were incredible professional, prompt, polite, friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. From the beginning of the day, the team was prompt and very clear about the process. I wasn’t completely done packing and they were very flexible with me, working around me while I packed books.
