Never, ever, hire these individuals. They work as a subsidiary to colonial van lines. I moved across country and there drivers came 10 days late. One day I received a call on a Saturday and was told they were coming on a Monday. I took off from work as I was told they would be at my home at 8am. At 8:50 I called them. The driver told me he wasn't coming because he was backed up. I said at least a courtesy call would have been sufficient. He told me he had problems of his own and hung up.

I waited 4 months after my claim was submitted for the claim people to insult me with $88. Which I will not be accepting. The movers never delivered 2 items and scratched my wood floors even though they had 52 blankets to cover my floors.. Most all of my boxes arrived upside down. Don't bother wasting time putting fragile on anything it is not treated as fragile. I paid over thousands of dollars for this move. The $88 will not even replace the items that were never delivered.

We contacted Ocean Movers and they sent Lifetime. Not sure why but Lifetime is the company that showed up. It took 3 weeks for our things to finally arrive. That was an inconvenience but, the real issue was the damaged property. The sofa was broken on the left side and there is a dark gray splatter all over it (the sofa is beige), one box was cut open, and several others were crushed. Obviously they stacked heavier boxes on top of lighter ones.

My experience started out well with this company. Booking went quickly and efficiently, everything was explained in great detail and pricing was fair. Once they have your money though, they are not easy to get ahold of... Pickup went pretty good, a team of three came at the very end of the pickup window, and took quite a bit longer than expected but were handling our items rather carefully. It was the drop off experience that was a total nightmare. The move was from AZ to CO.

We hired this moving company to move us from AZ to FL. This has not been a good experience at all. The majority of our furniture was damaged so bad, it looks like garbage now. I have tried to get them to respond to my emails and they are missing and non responsive and take multiple weeks to get back to me- if they do. We have items missing as well. This has been the customer service since I paid them. I have moved across country before with another moving company and nothing was damaged.

If I could give zero stars I would. We literally watched them open the truck in the new location and a box fell out of the truck onto the ground and everything inside of it was smashed and broken. The amount of items I had absolutely destroyed upon arrival was heartbreaking. I’ve moved across the country many times for jobs and have never had to file a claim or had something broken but these people were horrific.

If you're looking to save money, and also NOT get your stuff in a timely manner, this is your company! I should have heeded the other reviews about Lifetimes' inability to deliver your stuff timely. First your given a 21 day window! Seriously? Then they call you and give you a 5 day window, that they WILL NOT make...but you have to call to find out if they are actually delivering during that window, they DO NOT proactively call you. Then they give you another 5 day window, that they again WILL NOT make.
